The “exclusive” emotion to which Regatta leads its client is triggered by beauty. Whether we deal with a beautiful house or an overwhelming picture, we support art, as each one perceives it.
Through the properties we promote, we get closer to the artistic belief and sensitivity of those we support. As Vasile Parizescu himself says, “the passion of collecting brings especially the joy of living, of investigating, of researching, sometimes in detail, an object – the author, the origin, the year of creation, the technique it is made by, the value (what is its place on the scale of art objects) - but not seldom you are also interested in the events it experienced, in what decision beyond our control it came into the hands of the seller or of the one who buys”.
Our human nature brings our souls closer to things, objects, houses. In a world dominated by the material, art enables us to contemplate beauty. By the nature of the activity Regatta carries out, the artistic sensitivity is the linking bridge between the spiritual and the material, between the owner and his home.
The tendency to beauty, to the Romanian art and artists is not accidental, it is highlighted by the numerous projects Regatta promoted and supported. Exhibitions, such as Stradivarius, Schweitzer Cumpana (Sibiu 2008), Raul Egon Lebel – One Century of Color, are the examples we take pride in. The support granted on a permanent basis to the Schweitzer Cumpana Foundation is our manner of expressing the respect for great artists.
We also remind with pride of our contribution granted to support the printing of the following art catalogues: “Couleurs Passion – Raul Egon Lebel “, as well as “Life as Passion – Vasile Parizescu“. The catalogue of a private art collection “Jewish and Romanian Artists” marked the B’nai B’rith Convention held in Bucharest – 2008. It is important to remind also of the contribution brought by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania – Ireland through Eduard Mircea Uzunov that is promoting Romanian artists within business environments.
