CSI appoints a person to be responsible for each building.

Among the regular duties this person will:
•    monitor the cleaning, landscaping, snow removal, waste removing, security and other activities;
•    take care of all clients' requests directly or by CSI’s call center;
•    take care of any repairing needed;
•    calculate the consumption for each client, collect the money and pay the invoices;
•    make daily reports with current activities and arising problems;
•    be in contact with all the utilities suppliers for water and sewerage, gas, electricity etc;
•    make suggestions for improving the quality of the services or for reducing maintenance costs.
